Led the design and development of a 600 kW, 30,000 rpm electric machine and associated control system; led validation of a 210 kW, 17,000 rpm BEV machine and 50–120 kW machines for HEV, PHEV and REEV applications.
Led and contributed directly to the design, development and industrialisation of the Unimotor HD high-dynamic servo-motor range, covering 0.7–51 Nm rated torque and up to 153 Nm peak, and the associated Digitax HD drive platform spanning 1.5–16 A continuous, up to 48 A peak, 200 V and 400 V classes, and 0.25–7.5 kW.
Contributed to the PD18 in-wheel machine for an 18-inch hub, delivering 1,500 Nm and 103 kW; designed and led the PD16 machine for a 16-inch hub, delivering 800 Nm and 40 kW.
Worked on electric-machine and inverter engineering for the X590 platform, supporting requirements, system architecture, electromagnetic and thermal optimisation, integration, cost reduction and validation planning.
Led electrical-machine and multidisciplinary engineering for the successfully delivered 12 kW MTG12 at 150,000 rpm; contributed to the 40 kW MTP40 across an operating range of approximately 50,000–120,000 rpm.
Contributed to the electromagnetic development of a four-stage, air-cored axial-flux generator operating at approximately 12 rpm—a full-scale development slice of a proposed 6 MW direct-drive machine.
Led research, design, product improvement and manufacturing support across low- and high-voltage contactors, motor-reversing products, protected contactors, emergency disconnects and specialist compact solutions.
Provided advanced technical leadership for brushless electrical machines supporting flight controls, landing gear, flap and slat actuation, and force-feedback applications.

A controlled Windows platform for detailed permanent-magnet machine analysis using independent subdomain informed and classical two dimensional calculation methods.
